Trident Privacy Policy

Trident is a CRM (customer relationship management) Chrome extension and website made by Trifecta Automation. It helps you keep track of the people you talk to on social media. This policy explains what Trident stores and where.

What Trident stores

• Leads you save: names, profile and chat links, and any details you add or that Trident reads from a profile or list you open (for example follower counts, city, job title, email or phone if shown).
• Conversations you open: the recent messages of a saved lead's chat, so you can see them in the board.
• Your work in Trident: pipelines, stages, templates, tasks, notes, tags and settings.
• Your sign-in: the email you use to sign in to your team's workspace.

Where it is stored

• In your browser (Chrome extension storage).
• If you sign in to team sync: in your team's database (Supabase), so your teammates see the same leads. Only people your team admin adds can sign in.
• API keys you enter (for AI, email, text messages or GoHighLevel) stay in your browser only. They are never synced or sent to Trifecta Automation.

When data leaves your browser

• Team sync: to your team's Supabase project.
• AI features you use: the text needed for a draft (for example the recent messages and the lead's details) goes to the AI provider you chose, with your own key.
• Integrations you set up: webhooks, GoHighLevel, Mailgun or Twilio receive only what you configure them to receive.

Trifecta Automation does not sell your data, does not use it for advertising, and does not receive your leads or messages unless you are on a team hosted by Trifecta Automation.

Your choices

• Delete any lead, conversation or template in the board at any time.
• Sign out of team sync, or remove the extension, to stop all syncing.
• Automations are off until you turn them on, and you can turn them off at any time.

Your responsibility

You use Trident's automations at your own risk. Social platforms can warn, limit, block or ban accounts that use automation. Trifecta Automation is not responsible for any such action or for any resulting loss. You are responsible for following the rules of the platforms you use and the laws that apply to your messages.
